Not a Clio... but I've just had my standard headunit upgraded to CarPlay in my 208. Haven't received it back yet, but I hear it's wired only. There's plenty of little wireless dongle things available, over on AliExpress and the like, but's a minefield, there's just so many! Price varies a lot...
