Thanks mate if i had seen this meet earlier i would have met up but didnt want to impose like a right weirdo. Plus i didnt know if you were on this forum.....
those dug out cattle gird bits were harsh!! roads werent too busy so great day for a run out.
PS saw another LY 182 on way back...
Seen you guys mucking about at that disused carpark.....
( i was in MPS )
Will show you when your home if you want, good fast flowing roads but a couple of stretches were extremely bumpy
As above seen a few clios in a car park between middleton on teesdale and alston including a ly 182 with turinis and a rb 182 and then on way back towards penrith a 05 ly182 with cup wheels
Just spoke to garage and he has just told me he has it on gentle map for 300 miles using half synthetic and have to go back when done a tankfull and will adjust map and change oil to fully synthetic. So all is good!
Ive been told to keep ot under 3k for 300 miles but not long motorway journeys but more little runs so cars gets to heat up fully and cool back down.
But i thought there would be many different theories to this.
When u say load... Do you mean wot in short bursts from 1k revs to 5k?
I guess...
Anyone tell me what the scroll is for running in an engine with new rods in?
Just had some new forged rods in my mazda and am curious to know whats the best best/safest way to run the new rods in?
Due to get the car back very soon and possibly a few local meets..... But not much point in...
nice car, have you fitted those springs? doesnt look very low :S
i would remove tints and get wheels in high gloss black loose a bit of height and it would look the danglies
yep! you will be entitled to your money back mate..
dreadfully unlucky all the same and a major PITA having to fight for a refund, but am fairly sure there is a law that if your car buggers up within a certain period you are entitled to refund or for them to sort it out?!?
someone on here will...
