Someone One told me that on clios the left headlight shines further then the right because its so that our lights do not blind on coming divers. But if we drove in france we would have to buy a reflector for the left to stop it happening over there because they drive on the left. Is this true or...

I have electric door mirrors and i met up with a friend today who has manual door mirrors. He said he wanted to ugrde to electric for one of the reasons bring that on the little stick to move each mirror he said if you press it down that both mirrors fold in? Is this true because mine dont lol...

Basically i have a 1.2 clio with standard air filter. I have not got the fabric cold air intake pipe connected to behind headlight. Instead it is right next to the radiator. Will having the pipe going behind the headlight be better or worse? Any help please. Cheers

This is abit off topic but i got same issue with my standard air filter. I have not got the fabric cold air feed going to behind my headlight. Its just right next to my radiator sucking hot air. What difference will it make by adding the pipe? Will i gain abit of bhp and lose induction noise?

Problem cured :) changed coil pack, ht leads and spark plugs. Jobs a goodun

This is the exact problem my clio 1.2 16v is having at the minute, just happens when starting up, pulling away in first gear and second gear low revs. im changing my coil pack, ht leads and spark plugs tomorrow to see if that does the trick.

Im gonna chane spark plugs, coil pack and htc leads. You reckon this will do the trick? Its just really happening from start up and pulling away in 1st gear

Ahh okay mate. You reckon this should cure the problem? As the car is running fine, its just on start up the exhaust is like spluttering and in first gear when pull off it dont seem like much power for i to go. But after a while its fine

Well theyve not been changed since i bought the car in january. And didnt ask the guy when they were changed. But after few weeks of driving it when bought the car was totally fucked, always stalling, never giving any power. So took to renault, they found 7 major problems which cost me just...

Would they just need cleaning or get new ones all together? Would that also cause the acceleration problem when slowing down? Also when i get in the car, if i turn the car on with my foot on the gas a little bit, the car will try to start and just cut out.

Basically when starting my clio, it sometimes miss fires and my exhaust splutters. Second time start up is fine. But when i put in first gear and rev to 1000 revs, the exhaust is like bogging or mayb spluttering.it only happens at low revs under 2000. When engine warm it seems to go away...
