XR2 Gally... The XR2i was the following model dude.. ;)
Definitely take the XR2.. on a trip down memory lane :) It looks fantastic! I'd REALLY like to get my hands on another ph1 XR2. :star:
Oh nooo... thats given me far too many idea for my new Caddy... First stop would be some lowering springs or coilovers, which ever is the preferred course for them. Although I went for factory 16 or 17" rims.. I really like the rims on both the OP's post and the 'Pure Grey' van.. yum. I also...
You missed a couple of things.. ;)
- Leather interior was "Dune Grey", not cream/creme or beige lol
- Grey floor mats, instead of the usual matching blue ones.
- Leather steering wheel.
:approve:
First I've heard of them. :/
But that might have something to do with the closure of Mill Lane Renault, as I'm no longer on any main dealer mailing list. :rasp:
8 were brought into the UK, one of which was written off and exported to Germany for repair.. current state unknown, the other was a total loss :(
So, 1 of 6 remaining.
Gorgeous colour... and imho worth the asking price any day of the week.. Go and find another one!!! If you want the colour and spec, you have to pay the price.
This event is always better in the summer months, April through to, and including September. Have had some great evenings there in the past! Roll on summer 2013 :)
Just caught sight of it as it passed me going in the opposite direction, from Hale to Upper Hale. Was at 09.30 on Saturday 15th Sept. V** *** May have been a private plate.. but where there any really early 172's on V plates..?
All makes perfect sense Sam.. :p
The people SG uses do a fantastic job, the best OEM match I'm aware of. The car's looking great again, well done dude. :approve:
As title really, on my way up the M1 Sunday morning to pop my Edition38 cherry. I was in the 172, and came upon an Inferno and a Racing Blue 182 together at about 9.30. Possibly going to Trax? Both looked very tidy... :)
Yup.. hear what you're saying, and its apparent on the N/S. But there appears to be a reflection low down on the O/S/F of the bumper... would have to be some serious tyre shine to achieve that. lol
Whats going on with the front bumper of the red one in the middle..? It looks as the bottom corners in front of the wheels have been splayed out somehow..?
