Does anyone know where I can get a RS Grille from for my clio?

So bought this the other day, don't really have any knowledge on Clio's, not looking to mod too much, just little cosmetic things to make the car look nicer. This is how it stands, it has little dents here and there which is understandable for a 9 year old car.

So I just bought my car and it has the standard audio set-up, I'm going to buy a new head unit so I can plug my Aux cable in etc, I've also just purchased some tweeters and wondered how and where I would fit these? (Post a picture f not too much trouble), so yeah, how would I keep the steering...
