Got noise tested at Castle Combe this weekend and achieved 103db! :S The limit was 98db but i only have a 182 mani, sports cat and yozza sports system. What can i do for track days?

4 wheel alignment showed that one of my rear wheels is a few mm out. According to the technician, this is due to knackered bushes on the rear axle. Where can I get poly ones from?

Since having 182 mani and sports cat fitted, the plastic surround of the gearstick has been getting very hot. The gearstick has always had alot of movement and is a quickshift but it also now has up and down movement??? Any ideas?
