Just been asked about a car that won't start, she evidently has no mechanical knowledge. Aparently it won't start and she "knows that it's not the battery" she also says that "the alarm light is flashing" when she tries to turn it over. Possible that it is the battery?? or a poor connection...

Is it necessary to de-iron the car if claying?? I have tardis, just not an iron remover...

that is genuinely ridiculous, your car has issues!! I have a campus and I get nothing lower than 39.9, and can get up to 48...

Just gonna jump in here as I have basically the same question, as coilovers are expensive and imo not worth that cost for a 1.2 I'm thinking springs, but would I need to get new dampers too? So that they cope with the shorter springs?

Well I used up at least half a tank going to two different tescos, then their petrol shops, one morrisons, an asda and finally a motorbase.... Not a single place had it. Ordered a bottle off amazon for £7... :o hopefully it will pop up in tescos again for a decent price...
