i have 2007 mk3 clio ... firstly .. my wipers would only work if i pulled the stalk for the washer jets, but not if i switch them on normally. secondly .. my headlamps are now stuck on .. can't turn them off .. and my fogs won't come on. indicators work fine, the button for my dash...

they where coming up spotless, but i'd never used a wheel sealer, simply because i hadn't heard of it before.. but now i have black spots of brake dust on, and i can't get it of just by scrubbing, i'm using muc-off which is normally sound, any suggestions as i dont want to damage my wheels. cheers.
