    Problem with adjustable ARB

Well not much I can do about that now. But anyway, I'm very happy with it, I just need to sort this bracket out.

    Problem with adjustable ARB

Mine had a tiny triangle bit at the back, but it really is small Thanks Captain Hindsight!

    Problem with adjustable ARB

Thanks very much. Nice to know I'm not alone, perhaps if it's a common issue they can provide some stronger brackets.

    Problem with adjustable ARB

What do you think I should do? I don't suppose it's possible to buy stronger brackets on their own. Bit crap as it's only a few days old :(

    Problem with adjustable ARB

I wonder whether I just need to adjust it whilst it's sat on the ground with weight on the wheels. I'm worried the bracket will be weakend now if I knock it back into shape.

It's on te medium setting. How long has yours been like it? Any more thoughts Fred?

    Problem with adjustable ARB

Hi all, I fitted my group buy ARB at the weekend and WOW! It's amazing. My KTR coilovers haven't always inspired confidence in me but now it handles better than when I had Sportlines on (in my opinion) Anyway, I had a look under the car today to check it was all ok and noticed that one of...

    Arctic blue or Artic blue?

HAHA! I never know when to take people seriously or not.

    Arctic blue or Artic blue?

Nothing will beat the amount of people who fail to spell 'Anthracite' properly.

Cold start = coughing, spluttering juddering for 1 minute, then fine

The emissions light came on at the weekend, but only for a bit, then it went again.

Missfire + management light = unhappy

Did it sound like this? ZxUj6NZVGVY Mine has been doing this recently in the morning, but as you'll see at the end of the video it suddenly gets better. Is removing the head and checking the spark plugs easy enough to do? I have the tools, but not taken the head off before. What are the steps...

Cold start = coughing, spluttering juddering for 1 minute, then fine

Thanks Chris. How could I confirm 100% what it is? Would a £20 fault reader off ebay do the job?

Cold start = coughing, spluttering juddering for 1 minute, then fine

It did it again this morning, and I got a video of it. See how it suddenly just kicks into life towards the end of the video: ZxUj6NZVGVY Normal?

What's the best MOD you have done???

This may be because it's the last thing I fitted, but my adjustable rear ARB has shocked me with how awesome it is!

    ScarySquirrel's Arctic Blue 182

I've had it remapped already, and I'm not really planning anything else now. I just need a couple of new tyres up front and a proper clean (hopefully getting a DA polisher at the end of the month) and I'll be ready for summer. I've spent far too much on it, so now I need to enjoy it :)

    ScarySquirrel's Arctic Blue 182

It definitely feels better now it's aligned, it feels more predictable which is good, so I'm glad I got it all sorted. I fitted the ARB this afternoon, it took a while, but it's on and I am SO happy with it. I know people question KTEC coilovers, and the whole time I have had them I have too...

Minor update, I got the bullets sprayed :) My group buy adjustable ARB also arrived today, so hopefully I can fit that this weekend at some point :)

    Lakeside Sunday 13th March

Sorry to be a complete testicle but I probably won't be there now. I have loads of work on this week which I don't have time to finish, and therefore Sunday will likely be spent writing documents :(

    Milltek Exhaust

I still have the cat in place, it's just been modified to a 2.5" exit. It's a bit noisy inside, but just right for me.

    Removing Bullets * Tips Please*

Glad you got them off. I also took mine off the other day, felt like they were going to break but they actually come off fine in the end if you give it a good yank.

    Milltek Exhaust

Well, I'm not particularly clever with cars, so I can't comment on welds and things like that. But I'm fairly certain my Milltek (and all of them) come with a lifetime warranty, and I've read a few posts comment on their customer service, and how when something has gone wrong, it's been resolved...

OEM or Ferodo Premier brake pads

Hi all, I've done a search but can't find much info about Ferodo Premier pads. They seem a similar price to OEM front pads, so I just wondered if anyone knew anything about them? I don't track my car, so I'm not really willing to spend anything more than £40-50 on brake pads. So, OEM or...

172 Spacers.... with coilovers fitted. Suggestions needed!

Sorry to jump on this thread, but is the point of spacers purely for looks? Or can it reduce scrubbing as well? Since fitting coilovers on my 182 I do feel the front wheels look a bit too far in. However I've just spent money getting it all laser aligned, so would adding spacers require further...

Coolest car your Mum/Dad has owned.

My Dad had a Panther, similar to this, although I'm unsure of the exact model so it may not have been like this, but looked similar. He wrote it off though. He also had various BMWs and other stuff, no idea what though I can't remember. I would ask him but he's dead. So I don't think I'd...
