Replacing car springs is usually alot of fun, but how low can you go before its time to get coilovers? Ive heard stories about rear springs popping out and flying off because they are so compressed, any opinions?

Im after some speakers for my clio. Front, rear and components! Basicaly im just after make and wattage im prepared to spend up to 100 pound. Anyone got any suggestions? Anything to avoid?

I have 2 12" JBLs 1200watt each 300 rms I only want to run them from the one amp! So does it have to be at least 600rms is this how it works? I prefrably want a JBL amp but not too fussed. Any opinions? Thanks James
