The filter clamp is held down by cap screws that screw into rivnuts, one has broken free. I've just left it out for now because I'm lazy and also have no rivet gun nor rivnuts.
Here's the moment a few people have been waiting for...
Decided I'd give her a half arsed clean, have a quick spin to dry the undersides & take some half arsed pictures at home whilst the sun was out...

It comes with a flat & a curved adhesive mount, and both waterproof & non waterproof skeleton doors. You'll have to buy a suction mount separate, and a card etc.
LOL, fair play.
My Regamasters that were on the S14A and RX7. Thinking I'll probably do them white, not sure silver will work. Fortunately I have a set of brand spanking Silver & a set of brand spanking White centre caps for them. Don't want to do them a colour they never came in, which only...
Now is the time to buy, the US can legally use them on the road soon, so prices will go up.
That was my concern too because they seem to like eating coils. I tested them with the multimeter and they came up fine, but so did the coils on the RX7 and they were the cause in the end.
I don't have to sneak out of my own house lol. TBF, I never needed to sneak out when I was at home either, with my parents being in the trade & my stepdad being an avid petrol head himself they understood!
I'm certainly over the moon. They say to never meet your heroes, but f**k that. I'm glad...
Re: FRP #160/500
Can't say I'm surprised, the TT was the polar opposite, the Trophy wasn't far off being a similar thing but not to the man who pisses Blue!
I've no dount you'll have it tidy as hell.
Looks like I've cured the misfire for the time being, but haven't took it on a long run yet, could be a high engine bay temps thing.
All I did was gap the plugs down to 0.7mm from 1mm, clean a couple of earths and poke about various ignition components with a multimeter lol.
Lol cheers mate.
Had 2 muscle bound bum boys in an E46 M3 Cab fancy a race from the lights tonight at Xscape in Castleford, had a cold engine though having just left there so left them to speed off & rim each other.
In other news, V-Power hasn't cured my misfire, so that's my first chance to...
Pretty much, although I was checking the auctions daily anyway. It was very simple, seeing as they did all the hard stuff!
No?! All I got was that stupid radar thing. Didn't even get any piss soaked panties or anything :(
LOL. TAC, No s**t.
I know it is, but it was the only choice I had...
It's off on R33 GTR Brembos, seeing as my mate has had his S15 written off by a dozy slut. The Regas, of course.
Nah that's fine Jared, I'm more than happy talking about previous cars, unlike some who become blinded by their new shiny & forget anything else existed.
Yes I did. Only issues I ever had with it tended to be caused by me or by fixing previous owner's bodges. I was originally going to import a Silvia S14 Kouki before I gave up and went after R32s.
For a car thats done 126000 km, brilliantly. It's very tight still, tyres have a horrible flatspot from being sat still for months on end so you get the old wheel wobble, but they're s**t Jap tyres anyway that can't cope with our climate very well. Power delivery wise, it's fully spooled around...
Cheers guys.
This is a quick iPhone snap of it when I went go collect it...
Also started tidying up the interior. New gear & handbrake gaitors fitted, the same style Nismo S-Tune leather gear knob I had in the S14A and a super rare OEM option armrest that has a cup holder section...
Might whip it down to AET Turbos in Normanton and get it on their hub dyno, seeing as I've got a friend who works there. More for piece of mind the fuelling is OK than to see what it's making, as the boost will be getting wound up in time. Just need to sack the shitty standard brakes & wanky Jap...
I got it home in one piece, seems this one doesn't like BP Ultimate like the S14 didn't, had no choice though.
What a machine though, absolutely love it, pulls like a train and just goes. Left my dipshit mate in his DC5 for dust leaving some services!
Proper pics will come probably later in...
I'm not sure thats the case. I know there's no damage done to an R32 when running 100% rear, compared to an R34 (not sure about R33s) which will damage the transfer box.
I've not really read up on the system, but it sounds like it can disengage fully, thus negating the need to turn any power...
They make more than book of 276bhp at the fly, more like 300-320. Of course, the 4WD system = bigger losses, but crucially this can run 100% rear power split (and is the computer's preference), negating some of the loss.
Breathing mods, boost up to
1 bar (stupid ceramic turbo wheels can't take...
I'd say most car enthusiasts would instantly recognise an R32 GTR. Joe Bloggs. I couldn't care less, all they need to know is something unknown has left them behind.
