if they go by vosas weight u may struggle a little or come close on rear perfoformance wack a bag of sand in the boot will make the brakes work better.
if the testers useing the new style brake roller setup it works out the correct weight and persentaage of brakeing force.
im a tester by trade even i didnt know about the cups running without the load valve connected untill reading the notice on here normaly vosa will do a special notice but they havent only a write up in a mag tha comes round every so often .
so if you didnt read the mag like me and meany others...
not to bad for fitting the springs should look around 80-100 mark 2 hours labour.

Been told any jb3 box with elec speedo will fit but want the same gearing. Someone has already changed my box the gearing is all wrong for my car compared to the rsi i drove the other week. Spoils the way the car drives.
change mine at 2-3mm and always in pairs with top brand tyres.
a tyre losses hell of a lot of grip below 3mm and strugle to prevent aqua planeing.
depends on tyre size to what pressures run.
with my 205/40/17s on my clio run them at 26psi
my 195/50/15s run at 28psi front and 26psi rear...
theres a test you can get done other than a vic test that is in more depth test check geomertery and repair work done if it passes that can loose the cat d class. from whats been said about the car id leave well alone
Check my newbie post 4 my pics 60mm on 17s had 10 bags of sand and didnt rub just sat very close 2 bump stops. Im not useing spacers running 205/40/17s. Could prob get away with 215s but would make the car handle worce.
the department of transport ruels are diffrent to mot rules.
if a car is fitted from standered hid lams you do not need headlamp washers head lamp washers are not part of the test.
if you fit a hid kit it will pass if the beam is set correctly and the bulbs show whit light on plain white paper...
17s with a 60mm drop.

drives and handels fine on 17s.
handels just as well as it did on 15s just a bit slower now tho.
the people that say they handel crap on 17s are proberly running the wrong offset alloys.
clio 1.2 16v dose 0-60mph in 12.6 and top speed of 106mph
clio 1.4 16v dose 0-60mph in 10.2 and top speed of 115mph
clio 1.6 16v dose 0-60mph in 9.3 and top speed of 120mph
clio 172 dose 0-6mph in 7.o and top speed of 138mph
clio 182 dose 0-60mph in 6.9 and top speed of 139mph.
