Well the aux belt has to come off to do the timing belt, so it is very pikey of them to simply reused the same belt. Lumpy idle could be a dirty throttle body or a sign that a coil is on its way out. As you already know, the K4J doesn't use HT leads, only individual pencil coils.

Might find that Renault don't even do them anymore.
