Yeah this isn't the JCW, just has the body kit. 175bhp quoted but most reckon they make between 180/190 standard. Think its 190ish torque. I take it you have no first hand experience of Mini part prices? It's probably a very clean cared for car, but I wouldn't touch one that hasn't been extensively looked after with history to back it up. Personal preference.

Not to try and sabotage a sale, but buying an R53 with anything but extensive specialist history is... ...you'd have to be a seriously brave man.
