Now i only have the standard 18-55! I had the 17-85 but wasnt very impressed with the difference between it and the kit lens. I am thinking that a 10-20 Sigma would cover most of my car shots which is my main subject. But maybe i should try a different lens to replace the kit lens instead?!?!?!?

What would you reccomend to upgrade the kit lens? I have the 17-85IS but wasnt that impressed with the difference with the kit lens.

Currently have a 400D and use it mainly at shows for taking shots of individual cars and of cars on track. I was thinking about a Sigma 10-20 for the show stands but that would leave me with nothing for the telephoto end. What would you do?

Yep. Cobra subframes are car specific. Only 2 types for a Clio (standard and extra low) Both fit all cobra seats.

Nah mate. They are used to secure fixed bucket seats to the subframe. You won't be able to fix them to daytonas. From the bits pictured all u need is subframes.

Dude. Daytonas don't need sidemounts. They bolt straight to the subframes or sliders.

Sabelt or Willans i prefer mate. No i wouldnt attach to rear strut brace. A lot of people bolt them to the floor or use 3 points and attach to the rear seatbelt mounts.

I use 195/50/15 as they are cheaper but for better handling you can go for 205/50/15. TBH i cant tell much difference from when i was running 205s.

OK apparently there is Cavalcade section of the weekend where anyone can go up the hill, however, it is based on a lottery ticket scheme. I am trying to find out more info but basically the event organizers pick the cars they want to go up the hill...i think! lol.

Love the new diffuser but not keen on the front bumper/grill at all. Interested to see the interior though. They could have made a better effort than 3bhp tho. Surely they are going to have increase engine size soon lol.
