they cant just put it into the car without testing there is some quality control and testing, hard to believe from renault i know. if they didnt you would not have the smooth ride from day one it would vibrate horribly until the excess metal etc around the moving parts has worn then you would...

I heard that the engine has already done 500 to 1k before putting it into the car so that the engine has no metal from wearing in it so they change oil etc to remove filings. could be nonsense tho
