The only fix is what has been said above, if changing the position of the engine mount doesnt work you need to change the dog bone. This is what i did, bought an uprated one and it hasnt knocked since :D

All the engines are fairly tappety anyway, could be a tensioner or pulley in the timing area too? I had it on mine which lead to a broken tensioner! Thankfull it didn't take the belt out.
Nahhh no way, it wouldnt make a difference where it was serviced at.
All it is, is an oil change, oil filter, and air filter. Anyone could do that to the same standard of work. Why pay Reno prices?
Come off the A1 at 46, head to Wetherby, Right at the roundabout, Massive straight (the old A1) then hang a left and take the road to kirk deighton and follow that road into Knaresborough! B6164 on there... awesome:cool:
