Best drop for your money is Apex 40mm but the ride isn't meant to be too clever... Eibachs are meant to have a slightly better than standard ride but even the Sportlines look to sit a tad too high at the back, best to hunt out some pics and make your own decisions though.

Are these 6000k bulbs got more of a blue tint than the 4300k stock items?

Welcome mate... tbh i wouldnt skimp on tyres, go for the PE2's and, you can adjust the height of the xenon with an allen key behind the headlight (white plastic screw, you cant miss it)
