Thats what it is mate fully forged calibra engine(c20let) with the f28 6 speed box. i Barely drive it tbh but makes it that much more fun when ya jump in it, the look it puts on supposedly superior car owners faces is absolutely priceless lol
Pulls like a train mate although 1st and 2nd aint really usable even in the dry and there is zero point taking it out in the wet lol i've known it even spit out 6th in seriously wet conditions lol.
Hope this doesn't come across as condescending as that's not my intention but you should invest in a multimeter when you get the chance, its an invaluable piece of kit for any car enthusiast and essential for finding electrical gremlins. For instance you would be able to rule out the batter...
Yeah can bump start it without a starter motor at all. The starter motor wont fire out the spindle till it receives power to the solenoid via the ignition live. You said it tries to start? does it sound like its weakening or does it just stop turning over all together? If it aint getting weaker...
15s on a 50 profile all day everyday lol. 16s looks crap and hinder performance plus 15 inch tyres on a 50 profile are cheap as hell. Best reasonably priced mod you can do, transforms the car!
Nobody is particularly on his back, almost everyone has said it's a nice car but it just hasn't got the quoted 360 stallions. If he doesn't want opinions don't post on forums, simple as that really.
Anyone know what rollers jamsport use?
You shouldn't be trying to blitz it from cold anyway, probably the reason it's fucked. Oil on a cool day can easily take 20mins to warm up, you will be murdering your internals.
No offence mate seems a nice car but looks about as quick as my lightly modified cup http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dBGCZ7GuoVM (not even stripped at the time)
My nova has 340bhp and that is a absolute animal! Spins 1st to 4th it's a genuine challenge to get it hooked up. Obviously its a hell of...
Either strip it properly or don't bother imo it's pointless. However if you insist the best savings are from lightweight bucket seats, the standard ones weigh loads.
I got very good results using a kit similar to this http://item.mobileweb.ebay.co.uk/viewitem?itemId=120832964758 looked absolutely mint when finished, was a tad time consuming tho. Although you could easily do 1 wheel at a time if it's a daily.
Id forget the 182 exhaust tbh its far to much chew for what it's worth, you will need to cut out the boot floor and replace it with a 182 flat floor. I personally prefer the look of a nice single rolled out tip anyway.
Some 182s have the cup pack which is a spoiler and some different suspension(basic explanation)
I've driven about 7 different rs clios and owned a 172 cup for 5 years in which time i've done over 100k in it. My personal feelings are that I wouldn't dream of buying a 182, they just don't...
