I'm with Elephant on Dales old 182 Bren. Younger than you, driving for a couple of months less with the same NCB. My postcode is the second to worst rating, parked on the road (It's a quiet coul-de-sac but that is irrellevant to them). Only reall difference is my average mileage which I've got...
