    Can get a big brake disc conversion from K-tec, I'm unsure on the specifics of the rear beam, something to do with ABS rings IIRC.

    58mm if it's 2003. 52mm was for the Mk2 Ph1.

    So this would explain my problem, I put it down to having 3 different types of pencil coil, go figure. TB's on the back of the engine block, that right?
