I got a clio v6 mk2 and as some of you will now the standard back box get surface rust on it. I am going to take my back bumper of and give it a good polish. Any ideas the best way to do it ? Can I use a machine polisher as it is a fair size ??

I had a focus ST170 and was a little disappointed with it don’t get me wrong on a country lane it was fantastic, great gear box and suspension as well as the oil needle that moved the harder you drove it was nice, the problem was when i first got in it I was hoping for more, it was not that fast...
Do I use Zymol Vinal or seal to treat my plastic grill, and plastic inserts around my fog lights, also would the same apply to the window rubber (the bit between the top of the door and bottom of the window) and around the wing mirrors???

I have heard that people use things like a detailing spray during towel drying there car. I use drying cloth's but should I use a detailing spray as well to help the towels along ??
If so I use alot of Zymol products so should I use the field glaze or detail spray.

I used Car Lack glass sealing kit that I am pleased with, the only problem is that I now need to clean my glass again. i have some Zymol class cleaner but dont know if I can use it on top of the sealing kit. Will it clean all the sealing off ??
Also is there any other glass sealing kits that...
I will take the dust cover off later and have a look to see if the door cards are the same as the seat ?
What decent finishing polish would you recommend and should I polish, HD, then finnishing polish before I wax ???
I have some of the HD cleanse but I did not know if I should still use a polish before I use it to get a really deep shine ?? I had the front bumper and wings resprayed about 6 months ago and the bonnett and roof polished at the same time, as for the rest of the car there are no visable marks...
any recommendations I have been told that polishes can be quite abrasive ??

sorry one more thing any idea what I can use to clean the fabric on my door cards, it looks a bit like swayed, I have a MK2 clio V6 of this helps ??

I have some zymol products ie, clay, lube, wax'es etc. I rember reading somewhere that just claying and waxing will not produce the best results I need to prepare the paint first.
Do i need to clay then polish (by hand) then wax to get a really deep shine ??

I was thinking of using snow foam with the sprayer first to get rid of all the crap then washing using zymol prioducts. Can I mix the two or will the snow foam break down the waxes and polishes I use ???

I used to use the same stuff on my black saxo and did the same, they are not water marks just little bits of wax left of the paint that dont wipe of with the rest of the wax!!! gave a good shine but stop using it for the spot reason !!
A damp cloth and water sounds good to me as I don’t want any marks, although should you not use some sort of dressing to stop the sun from drying out your plastics or am I just being paranoid now ???
I am going to use it on the dash and the plastic sils plus around the inside door handles, just those sort of places really. Well anything inside that is plastc !!!
