More little bits to keep it ticking over.
Bolted the pinion ring to the Kaaz LSD, it's not torqued or got loctite on, as I may have to use some little engineering trickery to get the backlash correct with the few shims I have...
Also put the diff bushes into the casing...
Fact of the matter is, your driving style/suspension/tyres all need addressing first. Not an LSD.
It's a constructive comment, but you'll be defensive about it I'm sure.
It must have some ridiculous camber, because -2.5deg on mine barely wears the inside away any quicker. Suppose the effects will be magnified on a FWD though.
I don't mind Sebring, but I'm pretty quick round there so that may be why.
Not too fussed for Indianapolis either, it's dull. In fact, they really shouldn't have gone too mad on the US tracks.
Finally some time to myself and the car! Hoping to get a fair bit done this week, and should also be closer to taking it off the road for welding this winter as long as my workspace doesn't fall through.
Haven't touched the diff since I last posted, so today I've painted up the casing...
