Thanks for that. Everything i've done to the saxo has been done before so apart from the colour my attention to detail is what i hope sets me apart from the rest. Things like changing all the interior bolts for pro-bolt items. I like doing things properly, take the time to do things right.
Yeah seeing alot of rotten ones now. My boot has had a fair amount of welding over the years and other places but i think most of it is fine, Atspeed are doing the inner arches too so saves me a job. Fun will be the main factor for the car now. Wont be the most powerfull but if i was after power...
Good man, easy enough to do aswell

Mine has been very reliable. Only ever broke down once and that was a flat battery (it was old and not exactly the cars fault) . Just got to watch for rot on the boot floor, and inner arches but any mk2 will be fine due to a full galvinsed chassis (mk1's were galvinised too but are getting on...
Thanks Fletch, was good to sit and chat yesterday. Will hopefully be a capable little thing, will be interesting to see how much faster it is against a standard 172.
Thanks for the comments Paul, Tim needs to get a meet sorted soon, i am in need of a doughnut.
Good news is i got a promotion at work!!
Once xmas is out the way i can get this thing done. More annoyed that it isnt done than excited now.
Had a look under the ecu and fuse box today, turns out the ecu side is rotten and need a good welding and while the other side is ok, under the...
