if it was one of the mechanics who nicked the lights and not the dealer wanting to swap them for another car then Im pretty sure they get the sack, at minimum a written warning!
Tesco have given me a competitive quote on the Civic, insurance is due for renewal next month. Ive got mates whove been pretty happy with the service and price!!!! from Tesco in the past.

Im really liking the sh*ty numb steering on the 2004 CTR, its different to the direct steering of the cup, but I wouldnt say it was crap, just different.

always used bp super (now ultimate) coz the petrol station is close to me. Never noticed any difference between that and optimax.
Ive heard optimax is good at petrol stations that have a high turnover of it (i.e. it doesnt lay there too long)
