For me 2nd year driving with a claim against me, third party F+T with windscreen cover has cost me £676. That's with elephant. I'd reccomend giving them a try!

Was considering it but I don't have standard wheels or other standard bits really and it's alot of effort for little gain. Il sell as it is, not fussed really
Just because my insurance has dropped loads and il probably be upgrading cars when it comes to renewing it. I may keep the clio for another year as I do love the car and it gets so much attention and compliments.... But there's a good chance it'll be going :o il see anyway
I was :) and then when you did that ' ;) ' I remembered you had some carbon wrap too :p and gutted, is it not just a straight fit then? Thought it would've been. I want to do more to my car but I've ran out of ideas :S also may be selling it in about 10 months time D:
Now I know 2 guys ;) when you getting this cup spoiler put onto your car? Desperately want to see it on there as I had the exact same idea of wrapping one and putting on mine!
Ah fair enough, that explains why I havnt seen you before! I'm from Guildford, surrey, but my girlfriend lives in whitstable so I'm there almost every weekend. Anyway, hopefully see you around! :)

Bit of a long way to travel unfortunately :( only way would be if there was a meet mid way, as you said. And yes to the wrapped bonnet ;) I'm assuming carbon? I know a guy who's done that on a silver clio and it looks good ;)
I managed to pick up a set 2nd hand set for that price which were a year old :) they were rated very highly (did my research beforehand) and they are definatley good! Keep an eye on ebay, seen a few sets come and go cheap :)
Forgot about offsets and s**t :/ tbh, I just want to borrow some spacers off of somebody for 10 minutes and try them on the rear and take for a spin round the block (so make sure it don't rub anywhere) and then buy my own... Just don't know anybody local I can do that with :/ the height for my...
Hate chrome, go Matt black. My wheels are Matt black :)
When cleaned aswell they almost look a bit glossy, and when wet they definatley have a nice shine to them ;)

I had 60mm Spaxx springs on my car and the shocks lasted all of 2 months. (I do a hell of a lot of driving though) , gone to coilovers and they are absolutely fine for what I want them for (lows, nothing more, nothing less.) I've got a set of v-Maxx coilovers which cost me like £180 and I've had...
2mm wouldn't make a massive difference no, but a difference none the less ;) hurry and get it sorted anyway, I need to see what 8mm looks like as I want to space my rears! :p
Just an idea, but could find the actual colour of your car and paint the lip that colour? Then tidy the centre and spokes with a respray. Maybe even do the 'RS5' writing in the same silver? Possibly? Idk. :) just a few ideas lol. Or an anthracite lip / dark grey could look cool
I havnt read any of the other replies really, but with regards of lowering go coilovers and 15's. I tried just some 60mm springs and they were terrible and broke my shocks in no time. Havnt looked back since after fitting coillies. I have a project thread up if you want to take a look (comes up...
Ahaha not surprised. Only ever seen a handful of V6's on the road and everytime I do it feels a little special seeing one. Would love to own one one day
Updateee, kinda. Insurance, 2nd year driving with a claim against me = £676. Couldn't be happier really! Don't think I'm going to do much more to the car now apart from clean it!
Recent picture of her.
Will probably sell it come the end of this years driving (10 month policy) , unless I...
My car hasnt done this for a while now after i sprayed every bloody sensor i could find. Only does it when it gets a bloody good soaking though so may well do it again. A recent tip a mate of mine reccomended was, spray the sensors and all the connections, leave to dry and then over the...
