    Waze - Traffic App

well its mainly about traffic, and if you're stuck in traffic you're stationary so its pretty easy ;) Its been made to be very easy too, so works quite well, not that I've ever reported anything with it, every uber (well the good ones) in London use it, its pretty much the only thing you need to...

    iPad Pro

I thought it would be good, but I really can't imagine going back to a regular sized iPad now other than for travel. The bigger screen is excellent, like going from avportablebtv to a hd flat widescreen tv.

    Some insurance advice needed (urgent)

I'm still confused as to why you didn't involve your insurers, what's the benefit to you, nothing, so why do it?

    iPad Pro

I was waiting for someone to notice that and yes it is! Gives me company on those lonely evenings.

    iPad Pro

I personally think you'll look a t**t with one? Like people who talk on a phablet. I just think it's overkill for a train or plane, but I'll probably try it out. Put it this way, I'm training it into London all week and will be taking my air with me. Videos do look very cool on it though.

    iPad Pro

It's like going from an iPhone 5 to a 6 and then wondering how you ever got on with such a small screen. That's an iPad Air 1, although it seems and feels bigger than the pic shows. It's needs to be held in two hands. I'd say it's not one to be taking out of the house, it's not heavy, just...

    iPad Pro

Bought a 128gb one today, nice and big.

    iPad Pro

ah ok, i just read it as that was after the air comment. The external keyboard is being reviewed as one of the best anyone has ever used.

MacBook Air has a sub port though, it's the MacBook that doesn't have one, and needs a dongle, which isn't much of a hassle and it's really a reason not to buy it IMO. I had a play with one in Heathrow yesterday, loved it, tried to buy one but they didn't have a 128gb in stock, only the 32gb...

    iPad Pro

They are in stock in John Lewis. If anyone is looking to buy a 128gb one, if you're quick the website is wrong and they've labelled the 64gb as 128, so you could bag a 128gb for £799 instead of £899 as you'll have an order for a 128gb listed one at that price, and they are the sort of company...

    iPhone 6S

How on earth are you that clumsy? On the flip side, nobody I know has a smashed screen.... You are a clumsy lot!

    iPhone 6S

Why not just protect the rear then? The screen is the most important thing, I want to be touching that glass!

    iPhone 6S

I still don't get why people buy a £600 phone and then cover it with £2 of plastic, just why? I've not got a single scratch on my 6, the glass it ultra resilient, such a shame.

    2015 MacBook?

loving the macbook, seriously good bit of kit. Force touch trackpad is ace, really nice feature, especially love the extra click, does really useful things like brings up the dictionary on any word, but the best feature is previewing web links rather than having to go through to them or open a...

    2015 MacBook?

never used a magsafe 2, all mine are 1, but this is quite a bit more difficult to get in the slot, its like a tiny usb port, like the ones on phones, but theres very little help getting it in, its hard to describe. Loving the keyboard though.

    2015 MacBook?

Yeah, must admit it's not easy to get the adapter in the hole, sure it'll get easier as I get used to it.

    2015 MacBook?

Too late, popped into harrods at lunchtime #properballer and picked one up. Annoying they didn't have any cases, had to get the adaptet thing too which gives you charge port, USB and hdmi. Very impressed so far, keys are strange as you say but I like it, screen is amazing, trackpad is cool...

    2015 MacBook?

i thought there were only 2 options £1049 for a 256GB and 1299 for the 512GB? i was going to buy one today but decided at 4:30 and the local PCWorld closes at 4:30 dammit, so was going to pick one up in London tomorrow. I have a 2011 Pro 17", so this is to replace my travel machine in the Air...

    2015 MacBook?

anyone got one? Looking to replace my 11" air and this looks to be a better alternative than going for another air. Anyone used one, got any opinion on them? Looking at the £1300 one with 512gb SSD.

    OS X El Capitan

I like the way you can move your favourite tabs to the left in safari as icons. Had to enable my widgets page again too as it randomly disables it after the upgrade. New notes are cool too

Mine randomly turned off just after it was installed, screen went black and eventually came back with login screen. Been fine since.

    Apple Pay

The next crime wave will be people's fingers being cut off along with stealing their phone. Easier than guessing a passcode ;)
  27. D

    Apple Pay

i think because apple pay is more secure because of the fingerprint, that some retailers possibly already accept it with larger amounts, I'm just not sure which. Contactless cards have just risen from £20 to £30 limit this month.
  28. D

    Apple Pay

Because the contactless card is rising to £30 or £40, but I've heard Apple Pay is going to rise to £100 and upwards, with the contactless card it needs to stay low so that if someone steals your card they can't get away with too much, but with Apple Pay locked to your fingerprint, it's a lot...

    Apple Pay

You don't have to go into the store, just replace the nozzle back into its slot a couple of times and then it'll work again, that's happened to me twice after about 20+ times of using it now. Using the shell app is more consistent than when it was though the PayPal app though.
  30. D

    Apple Pay

If I could use contactless at the pump instead I would though as it's quicker, I only use my phone as it's quicker that going into the station and I get electronic receipts, but with phone vs contactless card I still find the card quicker, like I said, when the limit increases for Apple Pay then...
