The Porsche Carrera 4s Journey (Part 1: The Hunt)

Yup. Same as my mate. Bought his Speed Yellow facelift C4S for £20k in 2013. They've gone up a lot since then

    New 172 cup owner :)

Welcome. Plans sound great. There aren't enough tidy Cups around nowadays.

    Apple 8/X

I'm still doing SIM only with my 6 Plus! Just haven't seen the need to change yet. I'm hoping that this'll be it.

    Looks like a turd. Avoid.

    Where are you based?

    MarkCup's 2017 Ford Focus RS

Enjoyed that last video. Was the BM's owner off here?

Is the Clio 197/200 a poor daily?

Easy fix: Don't daily them and then make them even less daily-friendly.

    Renault Clio Project

Dynamique is the 'sporty' trim level. Expression and Authentique were the lower spec models. Hence the lower ones not having a sunroof. Personally, I'd go for a facelift Ph3 Dynamique and then spend a few quid tidying it up. Nothing major.

The Porsche Carrera 4s Journey (Part 1: The Hunt)

996 C4S' are win. My mate has a Speed Yellow one. Not the fastest 911 by a long shot but they're awesome.

    Contactless Drying.

Or just dry the car with a rock.

    Renault Clio Project

You won't find a Dynamique without a sunroof though. If that's critical then you'd be better with an Expression and then fitting your own parts to it from higher-spec Clios.

    Fuel Levels

Yeah, a common one on Mk2's. Sender issue I think

    Contactless Drying.

    Headshot.

    Knocking.

My thoughts would be when they've replaced the flexis, they now sit closer to the subframe than before. The OE ones sits VERY close to the subframe anyway and a lot of people have this issue when they fit aftermarket manifolds. The only real cheap option is to fit uprated dogbone and torque bar...

    Temp Needle Incorrect

I'm not 100% but I think it just clips onto the housing of the clocks.

    Temp Needle Incorrect

Just the dash top needs to come out, not everything. The clocks are held in with smaller Torx bits.

    my Titanium 182

Looks good. I'm not sure the wheels work, myself.

    Temp Needle Incorrect

Just take the clocks out and see if you can turn the needle on its spindle. It's probably just slipped down.

    Boot Badges? Yes or No!

None, unfortunately. Unlike the Mk2's the Mk3 doesn't really look that "sleeper" Instead, everyone thinks they're faster than they are.

RS Clio to RS Megane - the logical step?

I'd love a 275 Cup-S. Still not sure I'd sell the 200 for one though. Attachment.

Is the Clio 197/200 a poor daily?

I used to think like that until I battered Renault's demo around a trading estate.

    Thanks mate.

Wait. You can now swear on CS without asterisks?! Excrement. Bum. This please has changed.

    LOL. Or RenaultUK. Cringe.

    Renault Clio Project

Welcome. For a first car, the Mk2 is a decent shout, although the price of early Mk3's is coming down a LOT now. I'd go for that if you can. Regarding the Mk2, you have Authentique, Expression, Dynamique and Initiale but most tend to be Dynamique with the 15" wheels and dark trim. That's...

Is the Clio 197/200 a poor daily?

Yup. Crap dailies. I enjoy mine so much more now that it's a weekend toy.

    E91 Alpina D3 Bi-Turbo - A slight downgrade

It's weird that you say that. My colleague used to have the exact same issue! He ended up using double-sided tape to pad them out.
