    Juddering at low RPM

TDC sensor? Above the gearbox in the block.

182 doesn't start first time, but will second time

Sounds like a fuelling issue. Like it's not priming first time but enough on the second time.

    Potential 182 owner

Sounds fair if they can prove the service history etc.

Number plates *show me what you got*

Completely plain. Nothing. Reduced front to fit the recess, with a standard size rear. Sorry for the rubbish Insta images.

    Removed exterior door strips

That exhaust! I quite like 182 wheels without caps. 😌

    Flocking - stockport area

Is the finish a decent quality with flocking?

    197 brembo front calipers

That's a tight fit! They look so good though.

Mk3 RS Lowering Springs on Standard mk3 Clio

They won't fit. Use the correct springs. I'm not sure why you'd want the incorrect springs for your car?

    Fletch's BMW M2.

Considering the performance and the fact it's a brand new car, that's a bargain!

    172 Cup to Meg R26

Sounds good IMO. Much better under load though.

    Renaultsport Clio 182 Cup

    Good progress.

    Contactless Drying.

I'm shocked that it even gets the bucket and sponge treatment.
  13. Christopher

    Contactless Drying.

    Same. lol.

182 not starting, esp light on

Will be nothing to do with the ABS ring. Have you tried bumping it?

Clio 200 Induction Kit what you using?

Yeah, they're a cracking setup. They just take up the entire gearbox side of the bay, and until you have the smallest race battery ever, you'll need to relocate it in the boot.
  16. Christopher

    Supercharged, full resto, E39 M5.

Lovely car, but that money is dreamland.

Clio 200 Induction Kit what you using?

I've bought an X85 Cup airbox (same as used on the Clio V6) but you'll need to relocate the battery to do so. I might be selling mine for this reason though.
  18. Christopher

    Contactless Drying.

    Same. Especially on larger panels
  19. Christopher

    Contactless Drying.

Nope, I might give them a try then
  20. Christopher

    Contactless Drying.

Pre-wash and Avalanche snow foam... so I already have for the most part. 😂
  21. Christopher

    Contactless Drying.

What James said, yeah. I'm super careful with drying but I still end up with light scratches. I've tried three different brands of towel too. This is the only option I can see of really keeping them to a minimum. The car isn't a daily, so I'd like to keep it as mint as I can, within reason/fair use.
  22. Christopher

    Daniels Blue 182.

Thought as much, yeah. Ah well, CAE it is! I'd better get saving. It's cable on the Mk3 mate.
  23. Christopher

    Contactless Drying.

That's my exact plan mate, yeah. Larger panels I'll blot and dab and then use the Sidekick for smaller panels/shuts/trim etc. TBH with Fusso and KOG on the car, water barely sticks to it anyway.
  24. Christopher

Upgrade to Coilovers or LSD first?

It's made me want one. Need a go!
  25. Christopher

    Contactless Drying.

Thanks for the replies. I think I'll go with the Sidekick, given that it's only a bit more money and the reviews seem really decent.

Noob with a Black Gold 182

Welcome! I'm really glad that you sorted out those wheels!

172 in need of TLC in North Wales!

    Best colour for them. Welcome!

Welcome! Might be worth starting a project thread. There's plenty of people willing to give advice/lend a hand.
