what are 6" splits?do you mean component speakers?if you use an mdf ring you can usually JUST fit it to the ring then bolt the ring to the door and itll fit behind the grill,will be a v.tight squeeze though

get a dci 80 and remap it will come out with more power than the dci100 and has a better gearbox iirc

just used normal primer and paint mate used a rotary sander to take the majority of the original paint off then primed and sprayed it up

you should be able to mate,i have a 1.6,made a few enquiries myself,a 90degree elbow which reduces from 90mm to 70mm then a 45 degree chrome ducting tube and then connect the bmc to that,will come in at just over 50 :)

which point?both or one,phono cables shouldnt be run down the same side of a car and if you have bolted your amp to the floor youve created an earth loop causing the whine,bolt it to some mdf then bolt the mdf to the boot
