You can't go wrong with the Hammerite paint. I did a set of calipers using it. Filed/sanded/degreased then away you go. 3 coats and 24 hours later and they were spot on

How does a LSD work in a FWD car?

Yes all axles that drive wheels require a diff. If say it's FWD then both read wheels are independent of one another therefore don't require a diff. Without a diff driving the wheels you couldn't go round bends without the inside wheel skidding. LSD is different again and allows them to be...

What is it with 172 cup prices?

Fair enough Danny. I thought there was a s**t load sold due to the cheaper price of them

What is it with 172 cup prices?

That's true mate..I suppose I've never been one to overprice cars I've sold. I know they demand more than a 172 but not to the point it's an extra £1000+

What is it with 172 cup prices?

I recently sold mine for what I believed to be strong money at £2500. It had 70k miles and the belts just done. It was mint, properly mint. I keep seeing folk advertising them at funny money not any better than my old one. Any ideas? I know a lot have been turned into track cars but if I'm...

How does a LSD work in a FWD car?

It's a good video mate but that's just a standard diff, not LSD

How does a LSD work in a FWD car?

I would love to know how all that s**t works. All I know is my megane goes round bends like f**k and that's what it's all about

    Silver Ph1 HUGE WING M60

Surely you want a lighter rear end? If you have the rear slammed into the ground with 'downforce' then it's more likely to under steer?

    Tyre bulge

So giving the missus car a wash today and gave it the once over too. I had the front tyres replaced last year and now one of them has a large bulge. It's a 2012 Kia picanto and she doesn't go over 60. She also hasn't hit anything as the wheel is perfect and she would have told me if she hit...

Would you say this tyre puncture is repairable?

Take it elsewhere? Never understand why folk goto kwik fit unless it's an emergency on a Sunday!
  24. Crybert

Would you say this tyre puncture is repairable?

It's difficult to say. I think it probably is repairable. Has it went in at an angle and potentially hit the inside of the outside if you know what I mean?

The air sensor? It's located on the left of the inlet. It just plugs in there. Could be that?

    Help broken trophy

Have you recently changed the leads ie taken the top inlet off? If it's not set correctly this causes idle issues. Check the throttle body, might be sticking
