Well i have the answer!!! And you boys were right!!! A very bad wheel refurb!!! The flash on my camera has picked up the fact that the centre caps are a slightly different shade to the actual wheels. Where the paint is peeling off, you can see the original shade underneath!!! I'm disgusted and...
