It just makes sense to me that having a seperate braided line to the caliper would work better. Say if you had a problem with the caliper or the hose got damaged, you could just remove it including shorter braided hose rather than the whole line all the way back to the MC.

Clean the bolt taper holes of powdercoat to stop your bolts coming undone.

One of those cup washers isn't sat in the manifold cutout squarely.

I suspect it is as Rob said. They run to brackets in the arch like oem and then separate braided lines to the caliper. It looks like you have fitted the lines the wrong way round. The ends you have currently in the master cylinder should be the ones that go to the arches.

23psi is way too low for them. I ran them at 33 hot and it was perfect. Nah it's 8mm from new. My Toyo R1R'S are 6mm new.

Clean both rear light connectors. And also check the earth which runs down from the passenger side rear light behind the plastic trim. Those black rubber boot stops next to both rear lights can leak in water and it runs down to that earth.

May as well clay it too if you're going to the effort of decon. You'll need to polish after it too, as claying will leave a bit of marring/swirling.
