Pretty much so yeah, not sure if there is special thing u have to do to copy/import websites from IIS5 to IIS6 though. Setting up a new server and copying would probably be the best solution.
Providing its set up correctly it should still work. Does your ntl modem have an ethernet port on it? U can get cable routers that has a special ethernet for the modem, wireless and 4 ethernet ports for geneneral use like a switch.
Depends what software is hosting the website. If its IIS it should just work really. You shouldn't need active directory unless its a domain controller. Is the server the only one u have or an addition thats for web hosting only?
there should be a program on a cd that came with ur mobo that will have some software on. If not try the ASUS website or there is a general one called motherboard monitor (i think).
Have u checked the windows firewall on your connection? Shouldn't affect it but could do. Also how do u connect to the internet, if its a broadband router it could have a built in firewall. The newer versions of messenger have a connection checker in options, give that a try it might find out...
If its a PUK code u need (entered your SIM PIN code wrong 3 times) u need to phone your provider and ask them for a code. Every sim has a different code and only they will know it.
