Anybody got any essential Mac Software/Applications worth having? I currently have Onyx, XSlimmer, Office 2008 Mac, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop CS4, iTunes, Tomato Torrent, Parallels, Firefox which I use the most. Anything anybody else recommends?

You can polish them yourself, but it would take a long long time.

The lips need re-polishing to achieve the same finish they had before, which is time consuming, and expensive done by a company.

Definitely need's winding down as low as coilies will take it, will totally transform the car.
