The 2 plastic bits on the side of the wheel is starting to scrack i went to Vardy's they said it comes part of the steering wheel and doesn't come seperate, it's going to cost about £260 + the raggy t#at for a new steering wheel, so does it come seperate or not?

I've just purchased green stuff pads, how much are the brembo hc disks and are they worth it? Any recomend any half decent disks?
