welcome to CS dude, get some pics of your car up. just a heads up, cs is not a place to meet nice people and learn at the same time, some members often flame other members with little knowledge of clio, just try to take the banter and have a laugh, and youll fit in fine!

as said before, this bumper will fit (with some very minor modifications) as for the exhaust, the pipe diameter on your clio will need a sleeve over it to make it wider, then the exhaust will fit straight on. that exhaust is just a back box, no performance gain, just noise, no point at all...
