    Just spray the grill satin black, but don't lacquer it obviously as that will make it gloss.

    Fog light surrounds would be easy enough. Use a little heat too from a hairdryer or heat gun to help form it round the curves. Wrapping a grill = ballache i would say.

    I thought it was a sealant tbh. Either Body Wrap like you said or AF Tough Coat. Should get a few months out of it mate.

    I prefer the waffle weave type towels for glass rather than microfibres.
