It gets a wee blast here and there but nothing along the lines of a Trackday yet, and the level doesn't rise when removing cap. Dropped as in over a few weeks worth it was bang on the line now it's just a tad under, it's not acting like a head gasket. More so like a little seep and wanted to...
Notice my coolant has dropped ever so slightly in about 3-4weeks and with minimum use (can' sit for 5day) and was wanting to know if the 172/182 are common for coolant lose, and prone to leaks, also if there was any common hot spots, ie thermostat, water pump, rad etc...
Nothing visable and...
this the one?
http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?642738-aftermarket-steering-wheel-cruise-control
looks ok, but with the wires showing etc would like to have seen a side shot.
yeah had a wee look and didn't really find much info on it apart from someone saying it might be possible to mount them on but not look right... wanted to know if anyone had done it already....
has anyone replaced, or swapped the original steering wheel, with the cruise control buttons for an after market one like a Momo or similar smaller racing styled wheel and been able to keep the controls of the original steering wheel??
has any one got a picture of a 182 with a twin outward rolled exhaust? getting my exhaust made up next monday and looking for options
other pictures welcome :)
I have been looking through a few threads on here, and found the favourite cam on choice is a 428 from Ktec. had a look on the ktec site and notice it is able to work with a standard ECU? all be it they recommend a remap, and if / when I come to that stage, I'd be wanting to do it properly, they...
Hi guys, not really been active on the site, but hopefully that's about to change. So to start I'm from just outside Glasgow and have a clio 182 FF, had it about two months, and not really of to a flyer if I am honest, what was a few wee jobs needing done then grew arms and legs, but its all...
What's the difference with coilovers for a 1.2-1.4 clio and ones for a clio 182!?
is it anything to do with the spring rating? I couldn't imagine much of a difference? Any other major differences?
I would be looking for 2118s, turinis or Oz superleggeras from what you have mentioned there. I would have thought the speedlines would have been light, but saying that I reminds me of my old compomotive th1's they where really heavy for 15"
and for track options the 15" win over the 16" thats...
so planning on doing a fast road / semi track car, got a 182 FF with a set of 16'' on it.
what I would want is the speedlines, or may consider another lightweight alloy, and consider going to 15'' for track reasons but I want to also keep it true to the 182 FF. now what would be a the...
been having a browse through a few threads and seen that a good couple have went with 205's on their 16's?
how do they find them compared to the 195's?
and if planning to go lower on coilovers, would the 205's be more of an issue? buffing etc.
cheers
I probably will sign up, you pay to get in the end. and true with the costs so I might end with a 200bhp car instead.. but always aim high, and settle half way. its not a 6month plan to have complete, you guys know more about them than me at the mo, so more info the better.
will look him up...
to get that power, as I said I'd love 220+ but not looked into it in great detail, and its not a over night plan, but going down the route of cams, fancy manifolds, remap etc, on here to see what everyone else uses and to get a few ideas.. :)
I want to give up on the MG so got that's up on gumtree, and the Clio is not a daily runner as I have a work van so only really a weekend toy. ideally the plan is to 1st fix the issues it has, and get it running well. after that I plan to turn into a fast road / track car... more so road at the...
yeah mate hopefully so!
well today was day one, and what better to do than have a good look about fault finding...
had a good look about underneath and no horrors to tell, what I think I do have wrong is the following
1. a warped disc on the front
2. a blow from the exhaust front to...
