I have PECO back box and K&N Panel filter and to be honest it's done sweet f.a. The filter has made the car feel slightly more pokey, but in terms of power gain it's next to nothing.
Don't waste your money mate.
60mm drop is safe on standard wheels. Can go that low on bigger wheels too (like 17's) but will be a harsh ride. If you want a proper set up, I recommend coilovers just to make the ride better and more comfortable. Depends what look/ feel you're after.
The 1.2 16v Dynamique shows up on most insurance systems as the 1.2 Sport because of the trim on the Dynamique.
Admiral, who im with now show my car as the Sport lol.
However yours says 1.2 sport on thier systems I don't know as you have a 172 lol.

As title, what is the best wheel refurb kit you can buy?
Im looking to refurb my original Dynamique 15's. They have slight curbing on the outer rim with a couple of chips here and there, looking to do it myself as I don't really want to pay 90 quid a corner to get it done for me!!

^^ Look's like im not moving to London until next year now Mikey because im on the waiting list before I can start my job up there :(. It's on hold and im keeping the car for a bit longer until I know for sure what date im moving out, then a motorbike will be back on the cards. :)
The most random thing ive done is colour code my dash inserts! I was bored one weekend and wanted something to do, so I had some left over Cyclone blue paint and got busy. 48 hours later I have some nice Cyclone blue dash inserts lol.
