If it isnt B16 COK then the O must be a D or something but it definitely reads that. Was on a golf until a couple of days ago, now its on a BMW convertibe

I bought an amp yesterday, but it just wont power up. The power light flickers on and off. The ground is connected into one of the bolts on the bar that runs along the base of the rear seats. What could it be?
