No definitely not, whoever u heard that off dont know what theyre talking about. Its Cat1 insurance approved, even the dynamique plus has the insurance approved alarm on it !

think u should be more worried bout once youve got it and u take it in for its service whether u get it back in one peice cos renault garages are renound for there sh*t care when comes to customers cars - i know this cos im the ones that get the complaints !

No having worked for renault a while i now i can assure u that it can be fixed under the warranty and if anyone tells u different give them hell!

The worst branches are ctr of London and Manchester Renault take the pi*s, u would be lucky to get it back and nothing be wrong with it !! Very true bout raising your voice but some people take it to far and starting screaming then its like do a really care whether weve changed your oil filter...

As i work for renault i can assure u being extremely nice usually works the best, cos when youre an arsehole we usually say got take a fuc*in hike mate!! and as for changing parts i wouldnt worry bout that id be more worried bout getting your car back in one peice!
