Just noticed this before but for the life of me I cant find the setting menu for where you enable Internet tethering. I used it quite a bit on my iPhone 4 but haven't used it since I got the 4S and its just not there.
Any ideas?
Actually, the answer is in your picture anyway, though I cant quite see the colours clearly, it looks like A (2) is Orange and B (5) is white. Blue isnt needed.
They have to be pushed into the back of the socket with a special tool so I cant see how they have just fell out, it seems they haven't been connected in the first place.
I know its ports 2 and 5 you need but not sure which colour goes where, I'll see if I can find out.
Now sorted on my PC as well. I messed up adding the DWORD entry in the registry the first time I did it which I didn't spot, added it again correctly and it worked straight away :)
Newsgroups back to 12MBps, screw you VM ;)
I've added it because I can, I have read into it and its basically as you say, it just that protection against incoming attacks whilst your connected to a VPN.
I do have XBL ports forwarded but I will check the ones I have config'd in my router to the ones posted in those links.
I haven't actually complained to VM myself but quite a few are by the looks of it.
Also, I am not having some sort of range moment here and spitting my dummy out. I do have...
Just to pick up on this as I really do want a decent pair of on ear/over ear headphones and the cheap Sennheiser ones I got a few months back just dont cut the mustard.
My budget has now increased to a max of £300, after a bit of googling, the B&W P5's get outstanding reviews and come in at...
Count your selves lucky I guess, for now!
If I was the only one then I would say it was all in my head but as you can see, plenty of VM users having issues.
^ Are you referring to the Super Hub (Netgear interface?)
I tried setting up that when I moved onto the 100Mb package and its a right pain in the arse if you want to use DHCP reservation etc, no where near as good as my Linksys Cisco router!
Oh and as I am discovering, VM is great for raw...
So it actually looks like there is a real issue if you are with VM trying to play this game at the moment (as I thought TBH!)
