Lol! TBH me and her will be looking to buy somewhere probably next year, and I know fine well I won't be able to run a Lambo etc then, so just doing it while I can.
Least I can look back and say I've had the balls and actually done it, rather than regretting not doing while having the chance.
Bang on. Other problem Lotus now have is, there is so many used Elise/exige out there, that most folk will buy second hand. They seem to think bringing out special editions every month will help them sell more.
As great as they both are, compare it to a Boxster/Cayman (which I know aren't as...
You're right about the Europa. But to me it wasn't marketed right, an was too similar to a VX220/Elise. Only time will tell with the Evora I guess.
Difference between Lotus and Noble is, Lotus won't stop making the Exige or Elise, they are adding to the range. You can't buy a new M400 now...
Agree pretty much exactly with what you said about my previous steeds. TVR was immense, the rest were good, but wouldn't go back.
Your missing the point with the Evora though. Lotus can't keep going if they only target there neiche Market, ie track type cars. They haven't made any profit in...
Yeah there is an Evora S cominG out next year, aswell as an auto, and a soft top. Going to be more expensive though.
The new Esprit will be £100k+ I reckon
Pics soon!
Mpg wise it's not as good, cruising up the road i got 35mpg where the Exige would get 40. Bear in mind it's a good bit heavier, bigger engine etc. So pretty chuffed!
Cheers chaps.
I think Orange will either end up being quite sought after, or plummet like a stone!
Alex, wouldn't say sensible, that's not my style! Ha!
Yeah, they aren't that bad IMO. But I know what you mean. I just hope I dont get too many niggles with it.
Might be taking it to the Ring in September aswell, run it in properly! :approve:
Its quite big in the flesh, although its amazing how they have managed to fit in the boot, then engine, then 4 seats, and still feel quite roomy inside!
Through a company called OPITO. Worth googling if your interested.
I actually prefer the standard wheels. They don't seem to photo aswell, but have more 'shape' to them. The multispoke ones are very flat. The standard ones almost have a bit of dish to them lol
