Yeah i had the 1.4 S 8v. nippy little cars think the Si (16v) comes wi more toys aswell well as more horses tho.

i did the same either spend/waste money makin my 1.4 look fast or buy a 172! I chose the latter! My opinion anyway.

clear side repeaters were std on the later ones, like cruise was std on most 53 reg, cheers mate, could see the 13cm but was sure that wasnt from the tyre! lol

Guttin aint it! I kerbed my 172 wheel starin at a bird in the high street, dint see a bit of kerb stickin out an SCRAPE! sh*t i must hav looked a tit! thank god 172s have a full size alloy spare!!

yeah got mine fitted 2day too (cheers jay172) not really had chance to bed mine in properly but im already impressed! The ride is def stiffer but not harsher. roundabouts are great fun, i keep seein how much speed i can carry throu them! mine dont look any lower so far but im sure they will...
