Obviously the 182 doesnt have a spare wheel well but appart from that are they identical? I mean in terms of the lines/contours of the boot. Anyone?

I see. I know the meguiars polisher seems to get slightly better write-ups but I don't think I can pursuade myself to pay the extra premium. If I was to go for the Kestrel then what about the Menzerna kit on CYC + the 3.5" backing plate and a couple of spot pads...

Yeh that sounds like a better description^ It isn't anywhere near as bad on my cup but heres what its like.

Using SRP and the AG polishing cloths you get with the kit. They arent typical swirl marks. More kinda smears in the paint that can only be seen in direct sunlight. I managed to do the same on my old car too :/ 2secs I'll find pics of my oldold car to show you what i mean.

Right, I've used AG SRP on my car and I've managed to swirl the paintwork to f*ck with it, so the time has come to buy a machine polisher and some shizz to go with it. I've got around £160 to spend so I was looking at the Kestrel DAS-6, and the kits that CYC and i4detailing do with them. So...

I tried cleaning mine rich and it didnt solve it.

Mines doing the same just not quite as severe. When coming to a stop it'll rev up to 2k ish and then slowly come back down. I was thinking I'd need a new TB which is why I've been putting off sorting it out or that it was something to do with the rstuner map.

It's only a think bit of ply and some acoustic cloth so the false floor doesnt weigh much at all. The back seats couldnt be used anyway!

Is it not from the bolt holes that the isofix bar uses or the one in the centre of the rear bench?

Oh and i used to own a Corsa C and modified the look of it, but i find you tend to grow out of sticking bits of plastic to the car. Here on CS, it's all about what we can take off the car not add! Extra weight ftl

Different. 182 is arctic blue and 172cup is mondial. arctics a bit darker

The noise is getting progressively worse. Just a sort of faint nock/creak at low speeds pulling away as you lift the clutch, when braking and turning. Anyone got any ideas? Cheers Dave
