Re: OS4 software upgrade. Opinions?
I've noticed these bugs too. My Safari can be ridiculously slow, text message loading is slow, I haven't noticed any non-working apps (although saying that I tend to only use three or four regularly).
I like the folder thing, and the opportunity to increase...
Do you have them all saved on your SIM? If so go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > scroll 'Import SIM contacts' (if it is the same as 3GS - which I'd expect it to be)
If you've got one of those micro sims you maaaaay have to enter the numbers manually as I assume the micro sim won't...
I'm not sure iOS4 is as compatible on the 3G as it is with 3GS, Seb. On 3GS you can have backgrounds and multitask - but I'm pretty sure you can't do that on the 3G.
http://www.apple.com/uk/iphone/softwareupdate/ check out this page, and see if your phone does those things? If not then it'll...
It won't get rid of the swirls, it'll just help prevent new ones. Make sure your wash mit is completely clean - i.e no trapped dirt or grit which can swirl more. (I usually throw mine in the washing machine with some powder each time I've washed the car.)
To get rid of the swirls already on...
You smelt like vodka all day. LOL.
We must have got to the queue at about 7.30 last year - if not before and it was ridiculous. The routes in aren't great as the queue ends up all down the sliproad and into the dual carriage way lanes.
Thuper early is required.
Congrats, Stevie. Glad you've got there in the end. I remember the first time seeing it and loving it. Now you've reached this you'll get the thirst for more, I'm sure.
Enjoy, m'dear.
Love that colour.
Has anyone ever 'shopped some of the standard 200 wheels in black? Might be a bit of a compromise if a new set of speedlines from Renault are costly/on back order, etc.
Didn't have time for any final finish, Gaz. If I get some time I might pop some over it. Next time round I'm pretty confident it'll be 100% right now I'd say it's sitting at about 85-90% corrected.
I bought this kit: http://www.i4detailing.co.uk/acatalog/Kestrel_DAS-6_Menz_Kit_2_1.html and...
I wasn't, until I taught myself. It really isn't that hard - you just need to be patient.
Steve, you've got your own. And plenty of time to do it yourself. (x)
Looking at it in the sun today it's really good. Light occasional swirls.
I used the white cutting pad from the kit with 3.02 Menz polish, using 4 speed. It was really badly scratched/swirled.
Just LOL. Thanks for the compliments.
Russ, thank you, and all the others - Boosh, Markie, et al. for helping me information wise. God send. Much love.
On a 58 plate I'd be hammering down their door. A year and a half old and it's burnt out? I'd definitely be ringing them, don't bother today - no Customer Service managers work on Saturday at RUK. The fire brigade should be able to confirm electrical or arson by then. Don't let the insurance...
f**k about! I immediately thought torched when I saw it, didn't even cross my mind it could've been electrical. How old was it, dude?
Such a nice car, what a shame. Hope eveything sorts out as easy as possible for you.
