which will need an XP based laptop to work on (nothing newer) and it's CLUNKY software. does a hell of a lot if you know what you're doing, but wow it crashes a lot.

the license dongle is for the software. it's down to GEMS charging per user. I think you should be able to get a single license dongle for around £50, I know my pro one was around £200. Who have you contacted for support? I can get help with firmware and gin file updates very quickly usually.
have you looked at K4M rods? they use the DCI crank in motorsport K4M's so that end at least will fit.
There's a company in the next village up from me that forge rods on site, custom from £400 a set (I'm guessing that's very dependant on spec, but they list a few popular sets for £450)...

No not really, beyond about 11:1 you're not gaining anything from cooling on even a huge boost turbo 11.8:1 is average target AFR for WOT on boost. Go too rich and you actually encouraged knock. Should be between 12.5 and 13.2:1 on WOT. Below 4k there's no need to go richer than 13.6:1 really...

No I didn't. I had a look at it mid season last year for Tony as he said it was getting slower, then found the over fueling. Leaned it off 30% or more in places but the damage was done by then :(
