Unless rebuilding a box every 12-18 months is classed as normal, I would say it can't handle the torque. Maybe better off slapping a turbokit on a 197, what torque limits has the 6-box?

Had my decat + Milltek done yesterday (coming from a standard setup) and I too think it has noticeable less torque. Also the 5k rpm kick is less pronounced, maybe it's just a feeling :S . Love the sound though..

Exactly, thats why I thought the easiest way would be to automize the normal manual deactivation i.e. instead of pressing the button (which must make some connection) there is a relais which does exactly the same after you start the car.

Yes, that setup is 7psi (0,5 bar) from 2000rpm on. Should be a nice kit for the money, the package also contains a Forge open dumpvalve ;) , tssshhh..
