If u put a 172 kit on your car then it will look like a 172 but theres nothing wrong with that. C pretenders 1.2 16v on thread 172 project finally complete. All the panels r a straight forward fit.
In reply 2 mitsis quote, but its still a 1.2! Not everyone can afford the insurance on 172s and the like. Its not all about how fast you can go, surely its about being individual & making your car look how u want it to.
renault often use the same loom 4 more than 1 model, cause its cheaper. Youll find that a base model could have the same loom as u, but with even less connected up. 16v seats should fit no probs, but use the frames/runners that come with them.
If your dealer hasnt got a clue u should try another one . Reno only do 2 types of coolant, type D & type C. C is 4 older cars & D is 4 later ones. Your dealers sound like a bunch of To**ers. lol
The K-tec skirts have to be cut because they are standard clio ones that David cuts to match the front wings. Any aftermarket skirts are gonna need blending or at least a small bead of sealer to look good and they all have to b sprayed. IMO K-tec offer good value 4 money.
Open the tailgate and u will see two big screws, undo these, then under the bumper u will see two 10mm bolts, take these out. Next in wheel arch u will find a screw on the bumper edge and poss. one just underneath, take these out. U may also find on the arch liner what they call a mushroom plug...
Its a very common fault on renos, not only on clios . Take it to your dealer and they will cut out the connector and solder the wires up. U cant do it yourself as they have to erase the fault from the computors memory.

Hi guys, nice to see all the interest in my wheels. I was surprised when Dan [ Pretender ] came in from work and told me !!!!!! They are indeed Fox 4 premiers in 17". Have also just fitted a K-TEC twin 3 system to her.
Any u guys had probs with strands of fibreglass type stuff coming out of one of the tailpipes on your twin 3s. After a quick blast up the road in mine I had about 6 inces of the stuff coming out !!!!
Fitted K-tec twin 3 inch to my 1.2 16v today, no probs. If u cut the old pipe where the new one joins it comes off easy. Could not believe how loud it is !!
